#Florida constitution requires that the English-language be spoken in Florida. -
Not speaking English was never an obstacle for Drafting Puertoricans for WAR. 17K in WW1, 60K WW2, 50K Korea, 48K for Vietnam and over 70k in between. So why would it be now.
