Puerto Rican community is large in Florida and it's growing. Current Governor Scott, and Senators Rubio and Nelson are continuously courting the Latino vote. PRicans composes more than 20% of Florida and the % is even higher in NY, NJ, Illinois, Ohio, Delaware and Massachusetts.
