HOWEVER, Biden & the Dems did, in fact, cut Medicare just last year. They lie about it & the liberal media covers for them.

I don't think you want to sunset the navy or other critical programs. Today, we can have legislation that just doesn't sunset so I, as a constituent, don't actually need to worry about the navy's existence. Why then would these things need to require periodic reauthorization?
