I introduced a resolution 3 months ago urging our NATO mission to lead a conversation among member-nations about Turkey continuing to enjoy the protections of NATO. So why did Trump think Erdogan could be trusted with the lives of our allies, our troops and to keep ISIS from escaping? Why did he roll back sanctions on Turkey in May? Everyone knew Turkey couldn't be trusted, why did the POTUS green light an invasion? Corrupt or unfit?
