Where does FL public education rank compared to other states? What is the average wage in FL? And why is there a large homeless population if it’s so affordable?

People, please stay where you are. We don't have the infrastructure to handle what we have now. We don't need more.

But we don’t require flood disclosures at the time of a structure sale, the money they save on taxes will be used for either future flood damage, high flood insurance premiums, mitigation or to sue their realtor for selling them a 3/2 as a 4/3.

You keep people at poverty levels too. Recently I saw a job posting from Lake County. It was for an EMT with lots of certifications & education/experience required. $13/hr. was offered. Another county administration position was offered at just over $8/hr. How can people live?

Please don’t advise more liberal voters to move here. They will ruin our state

We keep our taxes low so our students and educators suffer - often ranked one of the lowest in the nation! Maybe you should keep in mind the exorbitant fees, such as the $225 initial F U charge on every new license plate - esp. those moving here from other states.
