Not long ago the @NicolasMaduro regime blamed an “Iguana” for damaging the power lines. The corrupted government never invested a dime in the electrical system. They stole all the money leaving Venezuelans with nothing. No power. No food. No medicine. No clean water.
I guess it’s easier for @NicolasMaduro to blame others than to accept responsibility for the incompetence of his regime and the decline of Venezuela’s infrastructure.
