So why not meet russia in the middle make them better solutions than what they have with maduro.. they wont leave if they are told,but maybe it can be negotiated.. figure out how to meet their interest without the criminal regime
Russia's interest is to install an air and naval military base in La Orchila island, which it offered to them by Maduro. The island already has a port and a new landing track. They wont negotiate giving up on that.
