If sanctions were truly effective, they would have prevented the sale of gold in the first place, no? Absolutely right that @EU_Commission not doing nearly enough though but then neither is @UN and therein lies a major problem.

We need a militar coalition, anything else just affects Venezuelans and they couldn’t care less about our wellbeing.
