The Cuba sanctions and new travel ban (including cruise ships) is a major step that I’ve long advocated for to cut off Maduro’s lifeline from Cuba. The US will do everything in its power to stop the flow of $$ to Maduro and his genocide against his own people!

I’m so sad to read this. I do not support the genocide occurring in Venezuela but these sanctions hurt the Cuban people and not the government.
But something should happen in Cuba. You might be right somehow but it is a fact that as long as situation like now Cuban Government will have resources to continue oppressing their people and also Venezuela.

Cruise ships and tourism mean prosperity for the Cuban people. Once the Cuban people get used to a better lifestyle, the government will never be able to go back. That's how you topple the communists. Not by squeezing the people and sending them back into poverty.
