  Solo Caracas tiene luz en Maracaibo estado zulia solo de 5 a 6 horas de electricidad esto es inhumano por favor ayuda tenemos ya 2 meses padeciendo y el usupador y sus compañeros se hacen los locos!! No hay agua no hay luz la comida y medicinas incomprables!
