Proud to sponsor @SenThomTillis’ Protect Act, that protects those w/pre-existing conditions. Obamacare is a bad bill with a few good things in it; this is one of them.

The ACA was a Republican (Mass/Mitt Romney) solution. It’s greatest flaw was that it was legislated by a Democratic Congress & POTUS. ( and helped poor people of course)

How is the bill affordable without mandatory participation?

It isn’t. It’s all politics. They spout protection of pre-existing conditions while advocating to remove requirements, including the mandate, to make that sustainable.
