Part 3: Drug companies CANNOT charge Americans more for prescription drugs than they charge consumers in countries like the UK, Canada or Germany. There is no reason why U.S. companies sell drugs to people in foreign countries far cheaper than what they charge Americans.
Some in Washington have given up on fixing health care. I don’t accept that. I’m working every day to make sure we improve the quality of health care and reduce costs. That starts with bringing down the cost of prescription drugs for Americans.
Thank you...access to purchase health insurance without regard to pre-existing conditions is vital, and should not be a partisan issue...health issues do not look at party affiliation, and happen to all Americans at some time or another.
GREAT!!!! There should be no reason for us, especially the elderly, to pay these exaggerated prices for medicine.
There are any reasons. Maybe the elderly should stop getting sick and demanding the newest and most expensive medicines
I think that is a good start. My insurance company has an app that tells me the cost of medications charged by individual pharmacies so I can even shop pharmacies for the best deal. Some medications I take are expensive but with a coupon I get them for $10.00 a month.
