#CubanDemocracyAct law (Sec 6003) says@POTUS should "encourage the governments of countries that conduct trade with Cuba to restrict their trade and credit relations." Someone should remind the UK@foreignoffice Britain's cooperation w/#Cuba policy would be appreciated.@UKinUSA -
