Arresting Maduro would be like arresting Pelosi (at least). Furthermore, Maduro is an illegitimate president by virtue of disrespecting the constitution-he is an usurper of power.

We are getting tired of the threats. The big huge red line was crossed when humanitarian aid was denied to enter, burned, hundreds of wounded, and dozens dead... all this while we kept saying “we re with you” and “the aid will go in or else”. Despose of Maduro and his thugs, NOW!
