  You can do both, and there is literally no reason why one need be tied to the other. They are not competing ideologies, one being voted in doesn't diminish the other. The only reason the GOP has tied them together is for hostage-taking purposes, and nothing else. Shameful.

  Senators already agreed to the terms of the House bill in Dec 2018; and the president said he’d sign. Ann Coulter peed in the president’s Wheaties and now he won’t sign. That’s on HIM and the Senate - NOT on the Democrats.
