The people of Florida deserve a government that functions. Period. And until that happens, Congress shouldn’t get paid. I believe Members’ pay MUST BE furloughed immediately as long as Americans aren’t getting government services. (2/3)

I completely agree, in fact, it would be nice if you guys were forced into a hot dog buffet line daily and ONLY eat hot dogs for the foreseeable future... that sounds funny but the optics wd at least give the ppl suffering some peace imo @POTUS
Time for the Senate to get back to work on passing the Federal individual tax rate cut 2.0 for all citizens. Also Congress needs to get to work on the Federal budget for 2020 since the Sept 30 dealine is never consistantly met every year. That is unacceptable for any government.
Also include paying down of a half a trillion, on the principle national debt of $21.9 trillion each year. Now that Treasury Revenues are higher during a better economy. Please get with your colleagues now and get serious budgets and debt payments done.
