So why are we 45th in Teacher pay. 43rd in national testing and our schools falling apart at the seams. Your extra bucks barely cover the growth of people in the state.
Since 2011, we’ve increased total funding for K-12 schools by $4.5 billion, 27 percent. This has helped our state’s graduation rate improve by more than 17 percentage points since the year before I took office to all all-time high of 86.1%

I have an 11yr old nephew stuck in Mexico. Mother is refusing to go get him. Says she needs money for a phone because of how unsafe it is to travel to where he’s at but says he’s safe where he is. He was last seen in Live Oak, FL 6mths ago. No proof of his current whereabouts.

Just think how much more we could do for kids if you stopped planting millions of dollars of trees all over! If you just took half of the planting away we could pay for tutors,camps,sports,art,music! We have got to put money towards kids! Keeping them busy is key!
