Florida Gov Rick Scott turned down millions in federal funding for Florida. It was free money, but he turned it down because he was against the ACA which forced insurance companies to insure pre-existing conditions. Now he's campaigning that he defends pre-existing conditions.
Today I visited Emergency Operations Centers in Holmes, Washington and Jackson counties. We also visited local businesses that have reopened following the storm. Our massive recovery effort is well underway!
