For 5 days? That is ridiculous. Clean up is going to take weeks. Perhaps they need to get funds back from ICE.
Working with @FEMA today, we secured a big commitment from @POTUS for 100% fed cost share for 5 days for debris removal & missions to keep people healthy & safe. The fed govt is providing 75% throughout our recovery. I asked for this earlier this week. http://bit.ly/2pOBBAW
