  All our heroes. Governor..that leaves you on the outside looking in. If U had acted a year ago, right after Maria killed Puerto Rico, this Hurricane would never have gotten out of it’s Tropical Cyclone stage to even develop into a monster Hurricane as it unfortunately did.
