  Having been through numerous power outages over the years, I have the highest respect for power line crews who work in all weather conditions 24/7 to restore our power. I think also, portable generators should be sent en masse to hurricane-affected areas.

  There needs to be more coverage of this. The extent of the damage is not been reported. There are many towns past the shores that are gone down to the sand. Think of it as a bomb that has gone off. This was a top 3 hurricane in the country. Period!
