Learning of the terrible news about a large earthquake off the northern coast of Venezuela. We are praying for everyone’s safety. Maduro must allow international organizations into Caracas to offer aid & help the Venezuelan people.

Try excepting the message in the spirit it was given. Also, I believe the travel ban you mentioned is for certain government officials and their immediate families, but not the country’s citizens at large.
