How about redirecting funding to Florida's vulnerable adults? Employees at McDonald's get paid more than Direct Care workers caring for the I/DD special needs in our state.

Hiring even one new (long-term) government worker for security is financially idiotic. In the state of Florida there are hundreds of school staff people who own and know how to use firearms. Create a formal training course and then provide some minor incentive pay and it's done.

What about some more good paying jobs...Especially from agencies
