The states depending on this basin need to work together for “sustainable water supply solutions.” This should be a signal for coordination and cooperation among many entities, jurisdictions, and interests here.

And I hope Georgia’s gubernatorial candidates respond to this decision and debate how we should take the lead on coordination efforts and water management responsibilities in the basin
