The best way for you to have liberty, peace, and "prospefity" is for you to not be able to have a voice in who your leaders are. That way they will be super responsive to the needs of the people.
-
Otherwise you might have a bunch of elites living it up in the capital, playing by a completely different set of rules, while the people are struggling to get by and suffering from the effects of a deadly pandemic.

Exactly! Government needs to shrink and power reigned back. To bring all those things you have to teach people. Most have no idea what you are saying by the comments. I would work for you! Liberty and freedom is worth fighting for.

If you take power away from the people, all you'll be doing is giving it to those with more money. Smaller government means stronger corporations. You may think this is good and == jobs, but it also means they can trample whatever they need to to get more money and power.

I’m not a patriot but it blows my mind that America has regressed so far that a position like this, which is so contrary to the mythologized Founding Fathers, which is opposed to every civics class I’ve ever had, is espoused by an elected official
-
The right wing is beyond parody. This is loathsome and shameful; this is cowardice.
