This is bullshit! It's right in the middle of an active channel. I thought this was going on the Western side of the Vineyard near the Dumping Ground and Noman's Island not in the entrance to Muskeget Channel??
Massachusetts just awarded the first contract to build an offshore wind farm off of our coast. This is such an important milestone.
