has around 85% public support I'd say 52 is grossly low and a sign of how out of touch much of Congress is with the citizens who are supposed to be their constituency.

“Heavy-handed government regulation” must be the preferred term, as this was in the mouths of trolls today. Love the way they twist everything inside out. Net Neutrality is a protective legislation. Exactly the opposite of how they put it to their flock.
