Third, the CRA will prevent ISPs from setting up internet fast and slow lanes. ISPs won’t be able to charge large websites for access to an internet fast lane while websites that can’t afford the internet EZ pass will load at a bumper to bumper pace.

Simply put, my CRA resolution will put #NetNeutrality back on the books because in 2018, access to a free and open internet isn’t a privilege, it’s a RIGHT.

True. But not an unlimited one. SCOTUS already decided that. And nobody walks into a schools and kills 17 people in e minutes by streaming Netflix at them. Maybe if gun lovers could stop killing people en masse there wouldn't be a need to restrict gun ownership tighter.
