Thank you Sen Markey! The FAA response on 60 Minutes was pathetic at a minimum and frightening when considering the enormity of their responsibility for our safety
Mid-air engine failures. Hazardous fumes in the cabin. Flight control malfunctions. Aborted takeoffs.
Despite Allegiant's high number of significant mechanical incidents, the FAA has let them glide by. @SenBlumenthal and I want the FAA to explain itself.
