Was anything illegal done by Cambridge Analytica? They gathered publicly available information & analyzed it. Was FB Terms of Service Violated? (2014 Obama analyized FB profiles) Seems FB is validating their algorithms which censor conservative news feeds.

I'm going out on a limb here, but I would guess the questions he, and only he could answer would be; what did you know? When? What did you do about it?

Ed, the difference between FB and other CEOs is obvious. Nothing compels MZ to really care. His insulation is thick and well applied. He’s of the mindset money fixes problems and he has money beyond imagination.

What breach? A breach is when a third party maliciously access data without the consent of the site storing the data. In this case the data was shared with the consent of FB. I’ll bet if you actually read FB’s TOS that it was permissible too.
