My guess is that Trump's catching up on our history, but stops reading when he finds something he does not like. And when he sees former programs, he doesn't read far enough to find out how they failed. Trickle down economics was just given a new name. Didn't work and won't.
We're still paying for one failed War on Drugs, now @realDonaldTrump is drawing up battle plans for another. Extreme proposals like the death penalty will do nothing to solve the #OpioidCrisis and divert attention from meaningful public health initiatives.
