I am a constiuent that lives near the Eastman chemical plant. They burn off hydrochloric acid which hurts us all. There is no escape from it we have to breathe. They get fined for breaking the protections every two years by EPA. Guess now they can just kill us, no penalty.

I can understand maybe allowing a little more CO2, but the mercury and other toxic pollutants? We have technology to filter and scrub this out of the stacks. These businesses just got a huge tax cut. They should be using that to invest in scrubbing tech. They can afford it.
