Unfortunately, due to the inability of Congressional GOPers and President Trump to compromise on such important issues as children's health care, funding for the opioids crisis, community health centers AND the future of thousands of Dreamers, the federal government is shut down
I will continue to work throughout the shutdown to help craft a bipartisan budget agreement to open government. We will continue to monitor the needs of constituents from Massachusetts nevertheless and provide assistance as much as possible with most agencies closed.
