Why is every Democratic Senator not already on-board with this? Even if the vote fails it will at least force the GOP to own this deeply unpopular act rather than laying blame on three people while throwing their hands up to say, "Well, nothing we can do about it..."

Mine (MN) would also have both if Dems hadn’t booted Franken. He was a force on this issue! Tina Smith better get on it after being sworn in, or I’ll be even angrier.
