1: It allows states across the county to pass their own net neutrality laws. That’s a big win. We will undoubtedly see activists and organizers across the country push their states to enact strong net neutrality rules. I look forward to standing with them in this fight.

It also still prevents the federal government from being able to shut down entire sites or censor the internet without any avenue for appeal as was BEING DONE Under the previous administration with the net neutrality act in place which was its sole reason for existence.

So now with that decision a state can put a similar act into place and they can in effect shut down or censor sites with the same inability to appeal. Which is why the FCC tossed it as our government has NO business in that arena.
