His sexual misconduct is important. However, his multiple perjuries in prior hearings and in his confirmation hearing are just as important and more easily provable through documents/emails. We cannot allow a serial perjurer and sexual predator to remain on the SC.
The latest evidence of Brett Kavanaugh’s sexual misconduct only reinforces that he was confirmed to the Supreme Court after a phony investigation and whitewash of the allegations against him. Justice demands that Kavanaugh be impeached immediately.

No way the Senate will convict with 2/3rds majority, with mostly the senators who voted to confirm in the first place. It’s a travesty of justice when those complicit in the wrongful confirmation are the only ones with authority to overrule themselves.
