The answer is NOT state by state. We need NATIONAL laws. They just buy in one state where it’s legal then transport wherever they want.

It's a start. But a 4-hour class is not nearly enough to instill in a new gun owner the level of skill and discipline necessary to carry the responsibility of owning and possibly deploying a deadly weapon.
