Droughts in Central America are being worsened by the same thing that is intensifying the storms and wildfires in America: out of control carbon emissions. We must take bold, transformative action to reach net-zero emissions for a livable planet and dignified future for all.

couldn't we reinstate a program similar to the old bracero program? Provide communal housing with basic sanitary and cooking areas and transportation to day laborer jobs. They want to work and we need entry level workers.
Don’t worry - asylum seekers will soon be making their way to Boston, Somerville, Lawrence - all the Sanctuary Cities in Massachusetts - and the world will be right again. Just you watch.
