The American people have a right to know who is representing them. With this rule, there won’t be enough time for a proper examination. Republicans simply want to shield extremist nominees from scrutiny because they know they wouldn’t stand up to real debate.

McConnell has far too much power. The entire senate, comprised of elected officials from all 50 states (who each have the right to be heard), are at the mercy of one elected official from Kentucky.

Well put. It is completely insane that he has all the power to decide which bills are put to vote. I’m not being represented if Sen Markey’s bills can even make it out for a discussion and a vote!

SIT DOWN CONMAN: Are your followers stupid enough to fall for that insulting claptrap? Trump has been our duly elected president for going on 3 years - and your America-Hating Party is still blocking appointments that every other POTUS has made in the first months of year one.

Then be sure to impeach every single one when we regain the senate - McConnell is subverting our democracy - all for self-preservation
