We don’t pay more for seat belts, for airbags, or for child proof caps on medication. They all come standard. Aviation safety should not be a luxury that can be bought and sold for an extra fee. The FAA needs to hold Boeing accountable for putting profits ahead of people.

It was not an add on to 'standard safety feature'. It was not designed to 'make it even safer'- it was designed to repair a FATAL FLAW in normal function. It was CRIMINAL to continue to allow planes to take off without that repair. Imagine if a truck slipped into auto parallel>>>

Parking mode when it reached highway speed? Suddenly, repeatedly tried to park itself on the highway at 70 mph? Would a repair to the program whose flaw caused that be considered an add on safety feature? Of course not. Any co that tried to charge extra would be crucified.Justly
