Does this mean I can sue an auto maker if someone uses one of their cars to commit a crime? This is a terrible precedent to set .... and only an idiot would applaud it .... I rest my case ....

Why didn’t you go after the shooter’s father? He abandon his son. Hadn’t even seen him in 3 years. Shooters brother hadn’t seen him in 2 yrs. That’s why shooter put his brothers license in his pocket so police would go get him first. Sue the vile father who left mom alone.
