Yes. I remember Zuckerberg promising he would pay $40K to Facebook any individual member, in the case of any damage incurred while their account was active. He would go bankrupt if he had to payout all the people he has harmed. There should be a civil suit against him as well.
I'm glad prosecutors are investigating whether Facebook broke criminal law when it broke consumers' trust & shared users' data without consent. FB terms of use say in very fine print, embedded in a huge document that you agree to let them share your data. You agree to let them use your phone’s microphone to listen to you, you agree to let them use your camera...They know no one reads that sh!t. Then they click AGREE.
