Today @ENERGY announced that the Trump admin has built its first W76-2 “low-yield” nuclear warhead.
So-called low-yield nukes are dangerous and destabilizing because they lower the threshold for using nuclear weapons. That’s why I have intro’d a bill to ban their production.
