Phone companies need to be liable for not providing reliable caller ID information. Scammers are simply faking phone

We need this. In the last week alone I've received robocalls to extend the warrantee on a car I sold in 2014, to sell my timeshare (I've never owned one), a "response" to my RFI about managing my (nonexistant) chronic pain, etc., etc.
