It's not a challenge. It was a challenge back in the 70's when the alarms started sounding. Now it is triage for wounds already sustained. The world is not going to get better. It's now a question of how much worse we let it get.
Global temperatures are the highest in recorded history.
Wealth inequality is at its highest point since the era of the Great Depression.
The interrelationship of these ills and injustices is undeniable. But the challenge is not insurmountable.
We can deliver a #GreenNewDeal.
