I hope this is a loud wake-up call to all the people from these cities who voted for the tangerine terror. It probably won't be because the upper-middle class folks from that area have their heads so far up their asses they haven't seen sun light in years, but; one can hope.
Without the results of this investigation, the people of the Merrimack Valley cannot hope to move forward. The Federal Government spends $10 billion 460 million per day, not counting what the GAO can't find in the Pentagon budget, so it wouldn't be much of stretch to kick in for at least some studs and drywall. eh?
