NTSB unable to resolve my concerns as part of their East Harlem Gas Explosion Investigation. NYS DPS/PSC I don’t trust and they remain silent even with Gas Specifications contradicting one another. My PHMSA contact has done nothing to resolve. Compromising Public Safety
