How about the police interview the proprietors after sales and change the liability laws? police interview is onerous many southern states did this to disenfranchise minorities.
If every state had Massachusetts’s gun laws - such as requiring would-be gun buyers to have a 1-on-1 interview with a police officer - we would save thousands of lives. This is a VERY bold statement and not sure the results would equal what you say. Does this also mean that if someone still commits a killing after being approved through the Massachusetts process, that police officer can be held personally accountable???
