I suppose the same could be said of the health insurance industry. Congress allowed those airline mergers that created the monopoly that exists today. I’d like to see a Fair Fees provision in the health markets. We don’t have to fly, but we do need affordable healthcare.

I'm hardly an airline apologist, but: -The top 4 out of 10 airlines carried 77% of US passengers (http://bts.gov ), not 85%. -#1 is Southwest (22%), who famously don't charge bag fees or change fees -Won't regulating the fees just raise the fares?
