Whistleblower Gas Explosion!!! After the NTSB concludes investigation and reveals findings, don’t assume gas explosion like this can’t happen again. I came forward over 5 years ago to NYS Public Service Commission and NTSB, unresolved concerns and another explosion occurred

After 5 years of communicating confirmed public safety concerns identified during a company audit I performed of a 2009 gas explosion in New York, I informed PHMSA and NYS PSC I would go to press. NTSB also reviewed my concerns and did not resolve. Now Boston. NY press soon.
